Derrick NgLOL I always have problems gaining weight. Losing isn't much of a problem. I meant to gain mass properly, not a beer gut or something. Quitting smoking this round didn't help much unfortunately :(

Derrick NgYeah, started alternate days (supposedly!), but seriously lacking the discipline. Not a very good idea going intoxicated either lol. Btw, how does the get married and get fat thingy work? I can't figure that out yet, but I know most if not all guys put on some pounds after getting married lol. Home cooked food?

Derrick Ng21km (slightly less actually). Jogging/running takes quite a bit to get started. Even now it takes me a while to get my socks on lol, but you making the decision to start is already a huge step :) Word of advice, get proper shoes to avoid knee problems and stretch properly before starting to avoid 'day after' aches ;)
