JackBought an exercise bike in March. So far already clocked in 100km. Yesterday sprain my back. Hope I can get back on it soon.

JackWas having back problem for a while. Now I feel like I am fully recovered. Started back on bike trials yesterday. Felt good. Arms was weak from the constant braking... lol.
