Shall I upgrade to the Digi iPhone4 package?

Pay cash RM2090 for the 16GB iPhone4 and get 200 minutes free talk time, 200 free text messages, 20 free MMS, unlimited data access (after 1GB speed drops to Edge GPRS).

After the 200 minutes free talk time, every minute is only 15 sen.
